Hail, Hail Nashville MTA

I just have to say how wonderful my recent experience with Nashville's wonderful transit system. While autoless for two days last week I had the wonderful opportunity to travel FIRST CLASS! On MTA's buses. I felt like I was in the sixth grade riding the school bus again. Before daylight, all of the school kids asleep and drooling out of the side of their mouth or with mindless, apathetic expressions on their faces, all with their mp3 players, backpacks and cello cases. In the afternoon crowded, standing room only with the commuters heading home and the homeless and drug addicts heading for the free clinic to pickup a free meal and their methadone. All in all though it wasn't so bad and it only costs $1.75 a trip. I can't wait for the next time!
